T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before sending goods out.

What is WELLDUM warranty policy?

All WELLDUM products have a 1-year warranty from date of purchase. Products can be sent to WELLDUM for repair or replacement (our choice—we base this on models) if proof of purchase is provided. Unfortunately, you will have to cover shipping on this one. There is more info about all this on the Use and Care card.

What is the lead time?

About 20-25 days
